GB-CHC-285776-KEN747 CAFOD This project covers CAFOD operational costs for the Match Fund 4, which is a three year programme. CAFOD is best suited to manage this internal grant for effective delivery of MF4 programme outcomes and goal. Specifically the operational costs covered under this grant include: Travel, accommodation and Venue , Supplies, Materials and other Services CAFOD will directly pay for during the implementation period. The aim of the Match funded project is to increase sustainable access to improved water, hygiene and sanitation (WASH) facilities for in Kitgum district for rural disadvantaged communities. We will directly provide WASH services alongside investing in social mobilization of communities to influence local government authorities on policy implementation, and strengthen water user groups to adopt correct use and maintenance of water points. The direct beneficiaries of the project are women and men in under served villages including people with disabilities, women’s groups, school children, community water user associations and local leaders (through advocacy) in Moroto District.
